Job Title	Quantity Surveyor
Location	Kwai Chung
Key roles	Interpret tender docs/drawings for competitive quotes. Control construction costs, track budgets, suggest optimizations. Manage contracts with clients/subcontractors, handle variations/visas. Coordinate progress payments, review subcontractor claims, lead final settlements. Protect contractor rights via evidence-based claims for client-caused losses. We seek strong quantity surveying expertise and cost analysis skills.
Requirements	Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Candidate with less experiences could be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
